A 1971 Mercedes Benz 280SE 3.5 W108 Euro Model. 90,000 original km. This is one of 11,309 examples produced. A very desirable beige, grey metallic with a brown cloth interior. A very rare and desirable 4 speed manual gearbox.

The car was imported from Italy by a navy officer who was stationed out there. It comes with all books, records and import papers. This car spent most of its time in California.

A very straight and honest body. The paint job is old and imperfect as you can see in the photos. A completely rust-free undercarriage but there are some rust bubbles by the wheel arches, (also shown in photos). Glass is good all the way around. Very nice and shiny chrome all the way around.

The original interior is in very good condition considering the age of the car.

The car sat stored in a barn for the last 15 years. We just got it running, and now it runs and drives but will definitely benefit from a full mechanical service before it can be a daily driver.

A very rare and low production driver, this beautiful car will be an excellent addition to any collection.
